View your child's schedule

You can see your child's upcoming therapy sessions right in the parent portal. This article shows you where to find the schedule, what each appointment tells you, and what happens when a session changes.

Opening the schedule

In the portal's left-hand menu, under Patient Progress, select Schedule. This opens the Patient Schedule page, where all of your child's appointments appear.

What you'll see

The schedule adapts to the device you're on.

On a computer

You'll see a calendar view of your child's sessions. Depending on the view, you can group the calendar by patient or by clinician using the Group by Patient and Group by Clinician buttons, which is helpful if you have more than one child in care.

On a phone

You'll see your sessions as a list of cards. Buttons at the top let you switch between Previous, Next 2 weeks, and Future so you can focus on what's coming up or look back at past sessions. Tap any card, or its Details button, to see more.

Details shown for each session

Each appointment includes:

• Date and time of the session.

• Patient the session is for.

• Clinician providing the session.

• Session type, such as a direct therapy session, a protocol modification, or a parent training session.

If a session is held online, you'll also see a Join Now link for the virtual meeting, so you can connect at the scheduled time.

Cancellations and changes

Your care team manages the schedule, and the portal reflects what they've set. When sessions are added, moved, or updated, the changes appear here so your view stays current. If you need to request a change or you're unsure why a session moved, contact your care team directly.

If the schedule is empty

If you don't see any appointments yet, that's normal early on. The portal will show No Appointments Yet and explain that your child's schedule will appear here once their treatment begins. As soon as sessions are booked, they'll show up on this page automatically. If you have questions in the meantime, reach out to your care team.
